ARTICLE (aka Commentary Letter) SUBMISSION TERMS

In simple terms, this platform allows you to express an opinion and/or make an argument in favor of or against

                                     something. Take the time to read through the submission terms listed below. You are responsible for knowing

                                     and upholding the policies set forth herein.

 Accepted Articles / Letters

Accepted

Mainly we’re looking for general subject material of topics that are currently in major (and local)

news headlines. You may also submit letters expressing your feelings on community situations

                                                   or city, county, and state issues (including views of elected and appointed officials).

Not Accepted

We do not accept or post submitted letters containing the following elements: Personal matters

between two or more individuals, grudge/revenge letters against organizations or people, and 

even within permitted critique (that’s accepted) we do not tolerate unreasonable criticism in the

        form of unrelated or unnecessary coarse name calling of individuals or organizations. Stick with the 

         accurate facts only and drop the hammer -if you wish- upon wrongful conduct or shady procedures, 

                                                  but remain tactful in doing so.

Additional Rejection

             This offered feature also isn’t the space to send articles/letters of personal thanks, crime, or to report        

    the loss or theft of property or pets etc. Please follow guidelines when sending your material to us.

Process to finalize acceptance or denial

                               Our editorial staff reviews submissions for relevance & suitability, reader impact, and truthfulness. Note that

                               receiving a decline should be looked at as an exception and not the rule. If your submission isn’t approved, 

                               be sure to follow stated guidelines and submit relevant and beneficial material in the future.

                               a) Staff may (or may not) contact users urging them to make corrections so submitted piece can be approved 

                               b) We reserve the right to accept or decline submissions for undisclosed subjective reasons in our sole discretion 

                               c) Breaking news is accepted here and will be posted on Top News page after confirmation of submitted report.

                                ●  150 max. word limit includes title (not your name). Send trending news feedback or community interest topics. 

                                ●  Name of Author must be placed at far left side of article under the title line, you are to include either your full     

                                (legal) name or first name followed by the initial of your last name - see each accepted example directly below.

                                ●  You may only offer one article per submission process. Multiple submissions will be rejected at our discretion

                                ●  Article submission intake is each Wed. from 7am to 5pm. Articles sent before or after this period are discarded.

                                ●  Approved articles submitted on intake day are posted the following week Monday through Friday

                                ●  Contributors are contacted by text & email within 3 days from intake date of approval or denial  status 

                                ●  Content must be unique and not published anywhere else (plagiarism-free).

General Guidelines 

                                 1.  Photos and images of any kind are not permitted

                                 2.  No website addresses (url’s) or links are allowed in submitted articles

                                 3. Focus on a single subject or argument

                                 4. Do not submit your approved opinion piece (we accept here) to any other online or offline outlet source.

                                 5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must reveal any financial, personal or political affiliations that could                        

                                 present a conflict of interest involving the topic.

                                 6. Articles containing illegal content, pornography, or content that is deemed unsuitable for most audiences                        

                                 will be swiftly rejected and may result in a permanent ban.

                                 7. No profanity is to allowed in any part of submitted article, including vile, hateful or discriminatory wording.

                                 8. We reserve the right to delete any listed submission without notice, if issue(s) were overlooked and we                              

                                 eventually find it to be in violation of our guidelines.

                                 9. Any violation of posted terms outlined here (especially repeated infringements) will be subject to the

                                 author being blocked from further participation in Article Submission offer.

                                 10. These guidelines are subject to change without notice.
